His Dad was a captain and a true Marbleheader and he has served as Assistant Harbormaster for almost six years. He was recommended by the Harbors and Waters Board and the Selectmen approved. He was also appointed a shellfish constable. The Selectmen praised him for his service. During his first year as Harbormaster, Russell will oversee a large increase in activity on the Salem side due to the installation of a new pier on the Stramski property.
